Despite my endless love of cooking shows from childhood (even cooking shows on the radio!) I don’t really know how to cook. So I’m pretty thrilled that I can make this pasta. We call it Pasta and Stuff.
- half a bag of pasta (we’ve been doing the whole grain twisty pasta from TJs)
My stuff is usually onions and tomatoes and garlic and red pepper flakes sauteed in butter. This pasta had zucchini and mushrooms, too, making it extra fancy. Oh, and always, always parmgiano reggiano on top. And salt and pepper along the way.
I can also make salad! I will share that with you someday. (Can’t give away all my cooking knowledge in one post…)
