1. I just ordered our Christmas cards from Minted! It’s the first time we’ve ever done a Christmas card! Let me know if you want one!
2. We won a drawing to see Disneyland’s Candlelight Ceremony! I don’t really know what it is, but I’m excited!
3. Amazon’s customer service!
I ordered Adelaide’s Christmas present on Black Friday at a special price—or at least, I thought I did. Kyle noticed a few days later that the gift was still in my cart, but now at the regular price.
I e-mailed Amazon saying that I meant to purchase the item on Friday at the promotional price, and could they help me? I expected to get a nice e-mail back, saying that they were sorry, but…sorry.
Instead, their rep said they would adjust my order to honor the Black Friday price.
I just thought that was nice.
This has been my iPhone experience for the past two years. But not for long!
I’m reading Dave Ramsey’s EntreLeadership (which, by the way, is newspeak for Entrepreneur+Leadership) and he references this Ted Talk video of Benjamin Zander.
